inadequate air conditioninglimited parking
The air conditioning barely worked. It was only effective in the main room. The bedrooms remained quite warm. I also found that the private parking was limited and cost ten euros daily. Street parking was difficult to find. The closest available spot was a ten-minute walk away, up a hill with luggage. This was not ideal.

the air conditioning worked just fine. at least there's that..
the climb back to the apartment after a day at the beach became a real chore. those countless steps felt more like punishment than exercise. i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues, unless they enjoy a daily stair-climbing challenge..

the apartment was very spacious and clean. the staff was very helpful especially when i had questions about local attractions. i liked there was a lifeguard by the pool area AT ALL times. this.
the gym equipment seemed slightly dated. i believe it could use a refresh.

my one-bedroom apartment had ample space and included a balcony with a beautiful View. i found it equiped with basic self-catering facilities including a stovetop and refrigerator. linens were clean and changed regularly .

the hotel HAS two swimming pools and sun loungers were available to guests. the pool area was well-kept and clean throughout the day. i noticed a lifeguard was consistently on duty.

the pool bar was super great with friendly staff i loved it! our apartment had powerful air conditioning, such a relief and the showers are warm. the swimming pool is a pretty decent size, which i appreciated and they always had free sunbeds.
the hotel closes their swimming pools at 6pm! after a long day exploring i wanted a good swim. they might tell you there's a beach nearby. to get to the beach from the hotel you have to go through hell. the most dangerous and uphill and downhill set of stairs you have to walk up and down.

the hotel has a large pool area with many sun loungers i always found free. there is a lifeguard on duty always. a shuttle bus takes you down to the beach.

the hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and palma so if you want to explore i wouldnt suggest this location. the local area includes the main beach, shops and restaurants. be prepared for a calf workout because the hotel is located on top of a hill.

the staff was really helpful and they allowed us to check in early. they also helped with my transfers. there is a courtesy room to use after checkout.

The apartment was large with a nice balcony. It had lovely views and comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well.
Parking was difficult. There were limited private spots. Street parking was far away and up a hill. This was not great with luggage.
